Wake Up with Hope
Imagine waking up with a sense of hope and relief because you feel in control of your life. Imagine finally being able to identify the cause of some of your reactions and symptoms, being able to release them and achieving a sense of relief, freedom and personal power. . Since 1981, I have been teaching patients how to manage their problems and symptoms by helping to guide them on how to take control of their thoughts and reactions. Through practicing a variety of simple, but effective techniques, and doing regression therapy, patients are able to achieve a sense of balance and optimal emotional relief.
Coming from a multicultural and tri-lingual (English, Spanish, French) family background has prepared me to work with people of different ages and various ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. These experiences have contributed to giving me a well-rounded approach in dealing with the uniqueness of each individual.
About My Practice
In my practice I apply a psychodynamic and cognitive- behavioral model, but use a variety of techniques, ranging from traditional to updated and modern techniques. The goal is to understand yourself, your needs and motivations, help you get in touch with the heart of the problem, and bring about a sense of peace and control over your life.

One of our goals will be to identify your repetitive behavioral patterns and teach you how to manage your thoughts, feelings and actions. Using a variety of techniques such as relaxation, autogenic training and other methods, you will be able to feel more peaceful but more energetic.
