Hypnotherapy 

Through the use of hypnotherapy we can bring about positive results in a shorter period of time.     Hypnosis is a state of concentration, a familiar state of mind into which you naturally enter many times a day.  You are in hypnosis when you  daydream,  when you replay a  past situation or when you anticipate a future event .    Hypnosis is a state in which through practice, we can also program you in positive ways that you want, so that you can act, think, and react in new and more effective ways rather than in the old ways that are not working for you.
 
Regression Therapy
Regression is a technique that utilizes hypnosis to go back to an earlier time to an unresolved event or situation that is causing symptoms or affecting functioning in the present time.   If the cause of the presenting symptoms  is not known, hypnotic therapeutic methods will help to identify the cause.  Experiences are  recorded in the unconscious, stored within the person in one form or another.  Feelings or erroneous conclusions that are trapped or frozen inside will be carried by the individual throughout their life, affecting them in various ways they cannot understand, until they are identified, released and healed through regression therapeutic methods.   This release and  healing  empowers and frees the person and gives the individual a sense of control and  renewed energy, a sense of hope and well-being.

 

Couples Therapy 

I specialize in couples therapy and use my four-step method to help you establish a healthier relationship. A healthy relationship is one where partners are able to  connect and trust one another enough to open their hearts again, or for the first time.  In this type of relationship there is a balance of power and control. It is important to be able to understand what your partner needs from you and for your partner to understand your needs.

 I also do family therapy, which involves all members of the family and understanding their interaction and  effect on the other family members.

 

Inner Child Work

  As children, because of our vulnerability and  limited knowledge of people and life, we sometimes make irrational and illogical assumptions about ourselves and our world that we may afterwards carry within us for the rest of our lives.  Inner child therapy allows us to revisit these early assumptions with the mind of the adult of today.   This is very powerful work, though simple and genuine.   This therapy has the tendency to help the client to improve his/her self-esteem and helps to develop a greater sense of personal power.

I also use other therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Past Life Regression Therapy, Thought Field Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Autogenic Training, etc.
